Forget January to December: as a teacher, I can’t help but think of a year in terms of August through June.  The new year for us begins in the fall, and special challenges come with each seasonal change.  This page will help you prepare for the start of school and end the school year on a high note.  Later on, you’ll see more resources added to provide ideas for celebrating the holidays and recognizing milestones that occur as the months pass.
